On the road

Hello Everyone,

For those of you who are wondering how I'm doing with my diet and exercise program while traveling all is going great. I have missed two workouts but other than that all is fine. I sent some food ahead of me so when I got to where I was staying it was there. Also I brought some with me. I've had no issues. The other day some one said they never see me it. I just smiled, it's not a big deal that I just eat a different times. I feel great. I'm did run into one minor issue. I want to finish my last me by 3 PM and yesterday didn't finish till 3:30 PM but still not bad.

A few days ago I went with my raw friend Author Matt Monarch to a raw food cafe in L.A. the owner said we can have free dessert and said great, but since I'm not eating sugar I got 2 avocado's for free to eat in my salad the next day. It was perfect because I didn't have time to get to the store to pick one up. I'm not happy about missing 2 workouts but considering how much traveling I'm doing and airports I'm going to early in the day and flyer around it's not bad. I'll be home before I know it. I sure do miss my Chi Machine and other machines. When I get home I'll write more about my trip.
One thing I found out about that was amusing was did you know desserts spelled backwards is stressed. Very interesting because that's what eating dessert usually does to our body.

I'm just so thankful that I am blessed to do what I love for a living and meet and help so many wonderful people. As I teach my message many people are being helped but there are still some who reject the message. When I meet them I just think of Moses in the BiBle. Moses was Yahweh’s messenger who had faith like no other of his time. There are men today preaching the true word of Yahweh who also have to deal with people complaining about them. We need to understand, when we complain about Yahweh’s messengers, we are complaining about Yahweh.

Instead of praising Yahweh for all the good He has done, many people today complain and blame Yahweh for their sickness and disease. If you seek health, joy and love, going against the message of Yahweh is not wise.

The lost always look for an excuse claiming, “If Yahweh preformed miracles for us they way His has for Moses it would be easy to be just as faithful and Moses was.” Yahweh has provided miracles for all of us but if we do not understand the awesome power of Yahweh and what He did for us by giving His only son for our redemption, our eyes will never be open to the miracles.

When we get the vision of the miracles He has done for us, we no longer question or doubt. We can do nothing but become humble and give thanks. It’s only through Yeshua we can get this vision. If anyone says different, they are workers of the Devil!

They real strength of Moses and the others was their ability to stay humble and are thankful no matter the situation.
Most people today do not have they vision they had. Money, pride and lust come before being humble and thankful. I know there are people in the health field who make false claims to make more money and in the ministry field there are people who teach false doctrine seeking more power, and people deceive themselves by taking magic pills to avoid sickness.
All these people remind me of Korah and other bible people, like Cain and Balaam, who put their own needs before Yahweh.

Enoch, who lived in the seventh generation after Adam, and long before Moses, prophesied that Yahweh is coming to execute judgment on the people of the world. He will convict every person of all the ungodly things they have done and for all the insults that ungodly sinners have spoken against him. (June 1:14)

Enoch’s prophecy came true, the ground split open and swelled Korah, Dathan, Abiram, their families and followers. They all went down alive into their graves. It’s also coming true today. People are dying getting sickness and disease more than ever before, a result of there are more people living against Yahweh then every before.
Yeshua said in John 9:39 I entered this world to render judgment- to give sight to the blind and to show those who think they see that they are blind.

When pride and power get in the way of being humble we take our focus off Yahweh. This is the beginning of all sadness, sickness and death.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the YHWH with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths.

This is the beginning of all joy, health and Yeshua is the road to eternal life.

Faith VS Fear

Hello Everyone,

I have been making great progress with my new book the no dinner diet. I should be making a few new post very soon about what I'm learning with that. As each day passes I can't believe how much better I feel. Some people ask me how I am able to know what I am doing is going to work and do I have any fear I am harming myself. When I look at fear I believe it is the opposite of faith. But what we have faith in also is important.

When it comes to diet, health and anything else in life, I have faith knowing that Our Creator gave us the instructions and guidelines to life a joyful and healthy life.

We all have a choice. In the bible it says

I call the heavens and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the cursing: therefore choose life, that you and your seed may live.
-Deuteronomy 30:19

I was reading the bible last night and I read a great story about our Creator leading the people of Israel out of slavery, through the desolate wilderness and up to the very edge of the Promised Land. He protected them, fed them and fulfilled every promise. Yet when encouraged to take that last step of faith and enter the land promised to them, the people refused. They had all the information they needed about the Promised Land to succeed in their mission, but because of a negative report, they were afraid to take that final step. They had a lack of faith.

What makes their lack of faith seem so unthinkable is that they had the greatest, clearest view of Yahweh our Creator and His power. They personally witnessed and were part of the miracles. However, they soon forgot and complained about their situation. No matter how blessed they were, they complained. This brought rage in Yahweh and he finally said to Moses and Aaron, “How long must I put up with this wicked community and it’s complaints about me?” (Numbers 14:27)

The lack of faith we have today was similar to what happened in this week’s reading. How much sadder is it today that we not only have the great promise of Yahweh, and the history of what he has done, but also the complete word of what is to come. Along with all this, we have the beautiful gift of salvation by the blood of Yeshua. Just like the Israelites who were freed out of slavery, we forget, complain and have no faith.

The lack of faith and disobedience prevented the people from entering the Promised Land and brought our Creator to rage and disappointment. How much worse will the outcome be for us? With all we have, we still give no attention to His instructions and guidelines for our life and reject his message and messengers.

Of all His messenger's, His son Yeshua (Jesus) is the one rejected the most.
Yeshua can’t help but to call someone who has all the information but still has no action and faith, a fool. (Luke 13:54-57)

Our Creator Yahweh will test us and see where our faith is so be ready.
I read last night in Numbers 13:1-15:41 of the bible how Moses sent spies into a land Yahweh had already promised them? I quested why Moses would send them if the land was already promised to them? What was the need? As I kept reading I found the answer was to see where their hearts were! It wasn’t Yahweh who kept the Israelites from entering the Promised Land. It was their lack of faith. Their fear!

Today we have people spreading negative reports and it creates fear amongst us that also keeps up from Yahweh’s promises. Like the people in the bible, we have a similar choice; listen to negative reports or to move forward in faith.

In regards to our health, Yahweh has promised us no disease and great vitality as long as we have faith and stick to His instructions. But the fear of the media keeps people far from faith and action. In Genesis 1:29, He tells us that fruits and vegetables are to be our food. But instead, people worry where will we get our protein, our calcium, and about getting diseases.

Yeshua can protect us and heal 100% of the diseases of this world. But instead, man runs to a doctor putting more trust in them than Yeshua.

The more information and knowledge we have about something, the better chance we have to succeed and the more faith and confidence we should have! Today, many of us spend much time seeking information about how to gain health and joy but there is a lack of fear in trusting the revealed facts and putting them into action.

Those with little faith go a little way and will not take the last step and enter the Promised Land because of fear. I suggest getting a bible and reading Numbers 13:1-15:41, look how close the children of Yahweh came to entering the land, but finally lack of faith did them in. Today, people are turning away before even getting close to that last step. We need to be more like Caleb and Joshua and have faith and enter the Promised Land. It is waiting for you.

Have a wonderful day.

Being outdoors much healthier than indoors!

Hello everyone,

I pray your weekend was great. I am having the time of my life! I love living in Florida. My supermarket is the coconut tree’s I pass each day. I just get a coconut off the tree and yum! (I don’t eat the meat of the coconut often because it has too much fat. But I love the water!) I’m also able to get out in the sun each day and enjoy the beautiful weather. Even when it rains, I don’t mind. Getting outside each day is so important for several reasons, and no matter where you live, you should be able to take advantage of the outdoors.

Reason #1: Oxygen
No matter how environmentally clean your house is, the outdoor air is always better than indoor air. Even if you live in a big city with a lot of pollutants in the air, try to spend at least a few hours outside each day. I didn’t realize this until just recently, but when I lived in NY, I did get out on the weekends. But during the week, I would be in gyms, the office, subway, and my house most of the time. I spent very little time outdoors. The result, without a doubt, had an effect on my overall heath.

Reason #2: Vitamin D
Studies show that more and more people suffer from a deficiency in Vitamin D. The reason is because we get it from the sun, and unless you have a sunroof on your house, chances are you are not getting enough. Without a doubt, people in cold climates suffer in the winter because they do not like to be outside for obvious reasons. But I was surprised to find out that people in the south suffer just as much because it’s so hot outside, they would rather be in air-conditioned houses.

Reason #3: Fresh Air
If you are going to stay indoors, at least open a widow and keep it open as wide as possible. So many people get sick and complain about recycled air on airplanes, but then they go in their house and lock the doors and windows, and put the air or heat on. In NY, I worked in fancy, expensive office buildings, but you couldn’t open the windows. Just think, you have thousands of people working in an office with thousands of machines and no fresh air! No wonder why people who live in the country and work on farms are much healthier.

There are many other reasons, but I just wanted to send this update to remind you to get out more and enjoy nature as much as possible. I would write more, but I have to go to the beach. Have a great day!

Eating plan while traveling and cell phone danger!

Hello everyone,

I hope some of you are highly considering my “No-dinner Diet.” Some people have contacted me already and told me how great it is going for them. For me, I’m having no issues. However, the real test is going to come in about 10 days when I go on the road to do some lectures. I’m going to be speaking in California, Seattle, Vancouver, B.C, and Vancouver Island. One of the things I hear often from people is that it is not easy traveling while eating a raw diet. I have never had an issue because if I couldn’t find food, I just wouldn’t eat. When I was able to find food, then I would eat. Sometimes this meant not eating all day until I got to my destination and then eating later in the day or at night time. This next trip, I won’t be able to eat late, so I will have to be prepared as much as possible to stick to my daily schedule.

Here is how I planned to make this happen:

-I did my best to plan all my plane trips to not interfere with my eating times. Getting a red-eye flight would make this easy, but unlike years ago, I now hate redeye flights and will do as much as I can to avoid them. Also, it would mess up my morning exercise routine because I don’t sleep too well on the plane, and I would be too tired to exercise in the morning. I don’t really like to eat on the plane, but I’d rather eat on the plane at my normal eating time than eating off the plane at night time.

-I’ll take along as much as much food and powders as I can in case I can’t find it on the road. In the morning, the first thing I usually do is make a hemp nut drink after my workout. I’m going to take my powders in a bag and some hemp seeds so this shouldn’t be an issue at all. I made sure the places I’ll be staying have a blender, so I should be fine with that.

-When I get off the plane, I’m going to go to the health food store to get fresh veggies and sprouts for my salad the next few days.

-The plane does dehydrate the body, so I may skip the dry fast for a night or two.

-As for my exercise, I will find a gym if I can, and hope they don’t have a crazy $20.00 a day guest pass. However, I am bringing my running shoes and rubber bands to exercise. I won’t have an issue with exercising as long as I can get to sleep at a good time. Usually on the road, people want to spend a long time talking after my lectures and usually I’m happy to do so. I usually get home so late that it makes it much harder to get up early in the morning. I have found for me, I need to get my exercise in by 9 a.m. or I may not get around to it because I have so much other stuff to get done. I have to do my best to get the rest I need and also the exercise. I will miss my Chi machine, ERE machine and Infra-red hot house machine that I have been using every morning and night. And of course I will miss my rebounder.

Most of all, I will miss my beautiful wife. Another challenge is going to be keeping in touch with her because I do not want to use my cell phone. Each day, more and more research is coming out on the harmful effects of cell phone use. Check out this crazy video someone just sent me of making popcorn pop with cell phones. Crazy!

Here is another one.

How bad is the cell phone? This is one of the best videos I ever seen on the topic:

Please don't ignore the danger of the cell phones and DON'T let your kids use it unless it's their only choice
Cell Phone Dangers - what they don't want you to see

But my wife has nothing to worry about because I will find a way to contact her everyday, and before I know it, I will be home in her vegan arms.
I hope this blog entry will help anyone else deal with future travel plans. Have a wonderful day.

Protein, Hemp, Flax...

Hello everyone,

I keep hearing the question about protein, and have answered it a thousand times. By far, the best protein from our food is found in fruits and vegetables. Sprouted beans and grasses have the easiest digestible, usable protein. Of all the sources for protein, I use hemp products the most.

Every morning I drink a hemp milk, or a hemp smoothie. On my salads at lunchtime, I add more hemp (seeds or oil). It is a wonderful food. I am excited that I am now able to offer these hemp products at my web store at www.rawlife.com. Hemp seeds by themselves are great, but in a smoothie they may take some getting used to. Most people cannot enjoy bland foods the way I do. I don’t consume high sugar foods, but I have a great recipe for a hemp drink that you all can enjoy.

1 cup water
½ cup hemp seeds
1 table spoon Maca powder
2 tables spoon raw carb powder
1/2 teaspoon cambu powder
½ teaspoon bee pollen
Stevia to taste
sea salt to taste (optional)
4 large ice cubes

This drink is a powerhouse! I do not personally use the carob, but if you need a sweetener you can try that. I don’t suggest bananas or other high sugar fruit. It will give you bad gas.

Another thing that hemp has is essential fatty acids. Many raw fooders seem to miss this one. I also think flax is great for EFA’s. Flax seeds and oils are great, but I found a wonderful flax powder you can add to your shakes, smoothies, or just sprinkle on your salad.

My book is coming along. I just wrote an amazing chapter today and It’s exciting because I’m living it, and it’s working! Once my editor can help me fix it up, I’ll post some previews to my blog, so stay tuned.

Are you still eating dinner?
Ditch it! One of the worst things you can do for your health is eat after 3 P.M. It’s also the most addicting thing, so start not eating after 6 p.m., then 5 p.m., and before you know it, 4 and then 3 p.m. It does take some getting used to, but you can do it! Before you say “Paul’s crazy,” Try it for yourself and see how great it works!
If you have been doing it and have testimonials to share please send them to me so I can add them to my new book.

Have a beautiful healthy dreams tonight.
