“Look, today I am giving you the choice between a blessing and a curse! You will be blessed if you obey the commands of your Creator.” (Deuteronomy 11:26-27)
Each of us has a choice between being healthy or living with disease. It may seem we do not have a choice, and it is a random act of Yahweh who gets sick and who doesn’t, but the Scriptures give us the instructions how to have the control whether we are blessed with good health or cursed with disease.
We also have control over the quality and the length of our life। What Yahweh gives us is free will to decide how we are going to live. He tells us repeatedly in His Word that if we follow His guidelines and suggestions we, will be blessed.
When we start to believe there is freedom in excess choices, we are being deceived. No matter how it may seem, there is only one choice we need and that will be our real freedom. John 8:32 says you shall know “THE TRUTH” and “THE TRUTH” will set you free. It doesn’t say “truths,” it says truth. There is only one choice we need and that is to follow His guide and have faith in HIM. If you want to be healthy and joy in your life, you must have consistent faith.

Raw Chocolate-Harmful for your health
The latest and greatest “so-called” super food being promoted in the raw food world is raw chocolate, also known as cacao. I myself was excited when I first heard about it. But after trying it, I didn’t feel that great. I asked others how they felt after consuming cacao and there were no complaints. That was then. After a few months, I started to get more and more complaints from people who were taking cacao. It didn’t surprise me because chocolate in general is not good for us. Other than the enzyme issue, why would raw cacao be so healthy for us?
That is when I decided to do research and I found some scary facts. What’s even scarier is that people are so addicted to it, that even after learning of the high possibility of harmful effects, they keep consuming it. What concerns me the most is the amount people are eating. If someone took a pinch, let’s say once a week, then maybe they wouldn’t have to worry. When I see people being lead to believe that there are many health benefits to consuming tablespoons every day; that is just crazy!
If you are eating a raw food diet because you want to find a natural toxin that will make you feel high, then you have found a good product. Beware, because there are many downsides to it. If you are eating a raw diet for health benefits, consuming chocolate in any form should be off your list and out of your mind.
In one of the best overall raw guides ever written “Diet by Design: Fruits, Nuts and Natural Foods” (available at www.rawlife.com) it says the following about cacao:
Chocolate and cacao are outright health hazards due to the chemicals, contaminants, and additives they contain. The chemicals within chocolate are called methylxanthines. They can be further classified as theobromine, caffeine, and theophylline, all of which have deleterious effects on the body. Theobromine is known to cause a host of symptoms including abnormal glandular growth, nervousness, depression, anxiety, insomnia, gastrointestinal problems, and itching. Caffeine is highly suspected of being a carcinogen, and is directly linked to heart and circulatory problems, glandular difficulties, nervous disorders, osteoporosis, birthing abnormalities, and so forth. Theophylline causes stomach problems, nausea, vomiting, and nervous disorders.
The processing of cacao beans into powder and chocolate is an unsanitary, risky procedure to say the least. To be blunt-chocolate and cacao are laced with animal feces and hair, insects, and molds. The carcinogenic mold called aflatoxin has been found in large quantities on cacao beans.
Allowable limits have been set by the FDA regarding rodent feces and insect parts in chocolate and cocoa! As quoted from Poison With a Capital C, “…every time you eat a chocolate bar, it may contain a rodent hair and 16 insect parts and still carry the blessing of the FDA.”, and “For chocolate powder or cakes there must not be more than 75 insect fragments in three tablespoons of powder.”, and “Four percent of cacao beans may be infested by insects. Animal excreta (such as visible rat droppings) must not exceed 10 milligrams per pound”.
Now, after learning this information, people will still continue to indulge, making excuses to keep eating it. Please note I have no reason to write this information, other than to make you aware of the truth. In fact, I would make a lot of money if I sold raw chocolate and products that contain it. But I just can’t do that, knowing the truth.
I give lectures all over the world, mostly in the United Stated. I have already giving over 100 lectures this year alone. Just about every lecture I give, I have someone come up to me telling me that they experienced one or more of the symptoms above after consuming cacao. Now if you are eating cacao and have not had symptoms, that doesn’t mean it’s okay for you. It’s just a matter of time, so why not stop now.
It is my passion and my goal to get information about health to as many people as possible. What you do with that information is your own personal choice.
More true info on the negative effects of cacao…
Since my last article on the negative effects of cacao, many people have agreed with me how toxic it really is. On the other hand there were some people who would not change their mind about it no matter what the cost. In fact those people got angry with me. The truth can hurt, but I’m just the messenger. As I said in my last article about cacao, I wish it were healthy, but the fact is not! Weather you are willing to admit it or not is your decision, but there are so many foods that are proven to be healthy, why continue to take some that are up for debate? Many people are being mislead to believe cacao and other foods raw healthy. Many of the people who promote it, have a good heart and really feel it is a good food, but I know there are many who sell this product knowing it is toxic and addictive, just to make money.
I recently spoke to a good friend of my Jeremy Saffaron. Jeremy has been involved in the raw food community for a very long time. He has a raw food recipe book out and also and excellent resource guide. Jeremy told me he was the first person to do any raw research with cacao. He spent 4 years (1999 -2003) studying the effects of cacao and have dedicated countless hours surfing the net, talking with specialists, and even got involved with the university of hawaii who’s agriculture branch is looking into raw cacao toxicity.
When Jeremy first found out about cacao he was so excited about it. He sold it for a short while (2001-2002) and was the first person to let others in the raw food world know about it. Again I repeat, JEREMY WAS THE FIRST PERSON IN THE RAW WORLD to let others know about cacao.
He turning on many raw food promoters to it because he believed at the time that is was an amazing discovery as a great tasting nutritionally loaded food and it was also a way to connect with his friends who were still addicted to cooked chocolate even though they were raw otherwise. Another big turn on was the fact that many of the daily coffee drinkers he knew in the yoga scene were glad to switch to raw cacao from their roasted coffee. Jeremy told me he never drank coffee in his life but as a kid did eat chocolate from the store. But 13 years ago he stopped eating chocolate because he found out about the bugs that were in all chocolate. (I mentioned that in my last article about cacao.)
With all the excitement about raw chocolate and all the benefits, Jeremy was thrilled to get the product to the public. However when Jeremy was selling it he did warn people that all the studies on it were not in yet so to be careful not to over due it until further research is conducted. It was also very cost prohibitive at the time at twenty five cents a bean plus each bean had to be personal peeled to eat them. (By the way, this should be a hint about how much can and should be eaten in one sitting)
After eating cacao for six months, Jeremy didn’t really experience negative side effects but he noticed those around him whose health and digestion weren’t as efficient as his started to experience issues with the cacao. That was the first sign that lead him to bean to study the negative effects of cacao.
I myself have a similar experience. I consumed cacao in small amounts as well, but unlike Jeremy, I felt the difference every time I tried it. It didn’t make me feel good. A good friend of mine, doctor Fred Bisic a raw foodists for about 40 years also confirmed what Jeremy and I suspected, Cacao is Toxic!
Jeremy’s findings were as follows:
*No animal in nature will eat it unless tricked into it with milk or sugar.
*If you can convince an animal to eat it then it greatly shortens their life span if it doesn’t kill them immediately.
*The native people who ate it only ate the fruit of the theobroma (which contains all the benefits and none of the detriments) and only used the cacao seed as an addition to their psychedelic brew ahyuwasca and as a medicine in emergences.
*Native people did not eat it as a food nor as a supplement, only for sacred use.
*When Native people did eat it, they only at the fruit which contained the benefits without the detriments.
*The seeds were only an addition to their psychedelic brew ahyuwasca and as a medicine in emergencies.
*Cacao is one of the most addictive substances known
*Cacao is super toxic to the liver
*It acts as a stimulant and agitates the kidneys and adrenal glands this can cause: insomnia, nightmares, waking up in the middle of the night, shakes, and extreme energy shifts
*It is extremely clogging due to the toxins carried in the oils contained within. Plus the fat chains are highly complex and require tons of work to break down.
* The result of long term use is a high level of liver and blood toxicity which can cause extreme: mood swings, angry outbursts, violence, depression, paranoia, & dizziness.
*In some cases of long term use there are also pschycological effects that range from addictive tendencies, sexual dysfunction, violent outbursts, lack of reasoning, and decreased will.
*At mega does of 40 plus beans it acts as a hallucinogen and can cause many effects attributed to LSD or Hashish
Jeremy concludes that his personal study of him (it took 1.5 years of him eating it to see extreme negative effects) and his friends showed him clearly the negative effects of cacao.
From my study it seems that the people using cooked cacao powder had less toxic effects than those using roasted cacao beans whole and far far less than those using whole raw cacao beans.
There are a good amount of people who have experienced the same negative affect of cacao and have changed their opinion about it being such a super food. I personal can’t see anyone taking it for a long time not feeling the negative effects on some level. A big problem is, at that point so many people are already addicted to it and can’t stop even if they wanted to. Very similar to the addiction people have to cooked food. They just can’t except that it’s not healthy for them so they make excuses to keep consuming it.
Jeremy and I both feel the sadness that raw food promoters, command so much public attention and use it to sell anything they can. It should be information not products that people seek out.
The bottom line is no matter what someone feels, or believes Cacao is toxic! Science will confirm it. You may be the drug Cacao and not have yet felt any negative affects, but in time you will. Please do not wait to experience the negative affects and get off this drugs as soon as you can.
For those of you who say, I am always knocking someone else’s glory or product, I can just reply by saying I am looking out for personally renunciation, I am looking out for the person’s health. That is the most important thing to me. I know what it is like to live with disease and I want to help as many people as possible avoid it. I am so blessed to know people like Jeremy who have an open mind and continue to share the same mission with me of bringing the truth to the surface and helping others.
Jeremy and I acknowledge there are many toxic things that people do everyday from using a computer to, driving a car, from drinking coffee to smoking to all sorts of wild practices and toxic substances and experiences. Each one must make a choice and it’s our hope that people with power use it responsibly.
Jeremy wanted me to share with my readers a warning to always study and research before promoting or selling anything. He learned the hard way. Years ago he promoted the use of coconuts because he lived in the tropics and knew the benefits well. The down side was people wanting coconuts and not realizing that the answer was to go where they grow. Instead they found a way to engage in exploitation and buy toxic famaldhyde dipped bleached nuts wrapped in plastic irradiated from Thailand. He went back and tried to dissuade people from eating the toxic nuts but they didn’t seem to care. Cacao seems the same, those who want to engage with it will toxic or not. (Once again after recently getting tons of coconuts right off the trees in Florida, I feel such a difference from the Thai coconuts)
Jeremy’s final stand on Cacao is it is for medicinal, sacred and entertainment usage only, it is not a health food! My personal final stand is, we should only consume foods for nutritional needs, anything will lead to disease, especially the way we overuse it!

Questions and Answers
Ask Paul:
Question
Regarding your latest post, this is so synonymous to what is going on with me right now. Although I have been raw for only 6 months, I have really refined my diet, and I am thinking maybe too fast. For instance, I'm eating watermelon right now and
it is filling me up, whereas 6 months ago, I could easily eat this watermelon with a couple of peanut butter sandwiches. Yikes.
Answer:
I do not think you are going too fast. What determines the speed a person goes is this: you want to keep doing better a little each day. If you are going too fast, you won’t enjoy what you are doing. If you are going too slow, you won’t see the results. Each person is different, but you can us that as a guide. What I wrote was a basic guide of what I usually see, but everyone will progress in their own way. We are all starting from a different point. There is no problem if you are getting full much quicker then you used to. Don’t force food in your body. If you are full, stop eating. Even better, stop eating before you get too full; feeling satisfied should be enough. Many foods today, including raw recipes, have things in them that keep us wanting more. Sugar is a great example. As long as you are enjoying what you are doing, I do not think you are moving too fast.
Question:
I am also starting to wonder if I am getting my nutrients in. I eat hemp seeds and take Vitamineral Green and MSM. What do you think about those two supplements?
Answer:
These are both great supplements if you need them and hemp seeds are a wonderful food. Some people do need the supplements, but the only way to be sure you are getting the nutrients you need is to get a blood test. I suggest most people take some sort of super green food powder in addition to their diet. Vitamineral Green is good, but I find that Hippocrates Health
Institute’s Power Powder is even better. That’s the one I take everyday. It also tastes amazing!
Question:
Also, I would like you to explain more about the "mass deception" of raw cacao. Cacao is a fruit and the cacao bean is the seed, just like an apricot kernel or something. How is this harmful if eaten in balance?
Answer:
One of the biggest deceptions in the raw food movement is that cacao is a healthy food. It is very addicting and toxic to the body. I have written two articles on the subject that you can view by clicking here. Don’t feel bad, I myself was once deceived by it as well, but after conducting my own research, I found the truth. It is not needed in the diet and I suggest avoiding it. Brian Clement of Hippocrates Health Institute has also confirmed it is a very toxic food. Also another thing I have learned is that there is no such thing as truly Raw Cacao. Once it is processed, it is cooked. Only the beans by themselves are raw. Eating these beans raw is just as crazy as eating raw coffee beans. Many of the people who sell cacao are good hearted people who are just not aware of the harm it does. However, there are a few people who are very aware of the issue with cacao but make so much money selling it, that they continue to promote it as a super food. Some of these people even make a religion out of it, calling themselves cacao gods. I would definitely avoid anything these people promote, especially cacao. I understand many people have cravings for chocolate and I would suggest carob as a healthy alternative. Some say it doesn’t taste the same. I am a raw chef and can tell you it is better.
Most people do not like cacao by itself. It’s very bitter. They have to add sugar and other flavorings to make it taste good. If you ever have the chance to taste fresh carob pods, you will love them. They are very sweet. Many years ago carob, was commonly used as a sweetener such as we use dates today. Because it is so sweet, I suggest using it sparingly, but recommend it instead of chocolate. Here is a great recipe with carob that I make at my food demos. It is easy too make and people cannot believe it’s not chocolate. Enjoy.
Raw Fudge
-3 Medium Avocados
-1 cups raw Agave (Agave is very high in sugar but a transitional food. A better choice would be about 4 to 6 teaspoons of green stevia or stevia extract. If you use the extract, add less. Play around with the amounts to see what taste best. Add as much as you like)
-1 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 cups raw carob powder (toasted carob power gives it even more of a chocolate flavor.)
-1/2 cup cold filtered water
Toppings
-Strawberries and/or bananas
-Sprinkle of cinnamon
-Mint leaves

The Raw Food Diet
One of the most frequently asked questions I receive is: “What is my daily diet like?” I have been trying to perfect the way I eat, and I am always looking for what works best for me. We have to remember two things when it comes to diet:
1. No diet is best for everyone.
We have to do what works best for us. From the type of foods we consume to the schedule and times of our meals, everyone should find what way suits them best. There are so many factors. To come up with the best time for me, I monitor my blood work every six months to make sure I’m meeting all my nutritional requirements. I try different foods too see what digests best for my system. And finally, the most important thing I do it pray about what I am doing. I remember years ago, I was experimenting and taking many supplements. I am consistently praying about what is best for me, and in a dream I had, the supplements were sticking to my stomach lining but not being digested. I interpreted that dream as a sign that I didn’t need those particular supplements. In fact, they may have been doing more harm than good. So we each need to decide what works best for us.
2. Keep up with the changes in your chemistry.
We have to understand that as the diet improves and we find what works best for us and do it, the chemistry of our body will change. It will continue to get healthier as we get cleaner. As this happens, we become more sensitive to less than ideal foods. When I first started eating a raw food diet I was able to consume many different raw food recipes as often as I wanted. I didn’t feel sick after the meals and was enjoying my diet. However, now most times when I eat at a raw food restaurant, I feel sick afterwards. What has happened is that my body has become more sensitive to the foods I was once able to eat because my chemistry is different now. Our chemistry is always changing, so we must consistently make changes in our diet for the better. This is why I say there is no one diet for everyone. It depends on many things. Without a doubt the best foods for the body are raw, ripe, fresh, organic, live vegan foods. However, here are some things I noticed that may help you:
-The first year eating a raw food diet most people can eat anything they want as much as they want, as long as it is raw and it will most likely be a big improvement from what they were doing. (This is if you do not have a disease, if you have a disease you will have to fine-tune your diet a little more at the beginning.)
-The second year, people usually learn more and find themselves getting full from raw food meals, as apposed to the first year when it seemed that cooked food only provided them with the feeling of being full. Now, people start to really notice they will have that full feeling, but still have energy and not be bogged down like they are after consuming a cooked meal. Because people feel fuller, they usually eat less in the second year than they did the first.
-The third year, people begin to worry they are not getting enough food, nutrients, etc. They start playing around with different supplements and supper foods to make sure they are getting all they need. This is fine if you are using wisdom in your choices and not following the masses, taking something just because it is popular. For example, many people are told raw chocolate is a health food. There is mass deception going on, and it’s a sad thing. Things like raw chocolate are not healthy at all. In fact, it is very toxic. Remember, just because it is raw doesn’t automatically mean it is healthy. There are some super foods and supplements I know are good for everyone such as Power Powder, HHI Enzymes, E-3 Live, Probiotics,HHI B-12 etc.
-The fourth year, people usually get tried of eating dehydrated foods, and they also try to follow food combining rules more closely. Once people get to this point, things are a lot easier. People understand what they are doing and usually have found some type of support group or friends who also understand and are eating the same way. If you have any issues with finding people, www.meetup.com is a great place to find what raw events are happening near you.
-The fifth year to the tenth year are where most people get into trouble. Many people think they are so clean and eating so well that there is not much more to do. The opposite is true. Now is the time to refine your diet even more. You should be looking to consume less food, but of the highest quality as often as possible. Most importantly, cleansing your body should become a priority. Colonics, enemas, herbal cleanses are so important to keep up with the chemistry of your body. Most long term raw fooders do not out live the average person eating McDonalds and the reason why is because raw fooders think after five years, they no longer need to cleanse. That couldn’t be further from the truth. So keep this in mind when you get to this point.
-Ten years and after. I’ve interviewed many long term raw fooders in my books The Raw Life and Raw Knowledge and have good insight what to expect in the later years. Cleansing is important, continuing to refine your diet is also important. It is also a common mistake to think you are so healthy that you do not need to exercise. Big mistake. Hippocrates Health Institute has been helping people for years with the raw diet and found exercise to be just as important as diet if you want to be healthy. The good news is that the healthier you eat, the less exercise you need, but you still do need to exercise, so do not neglect that.
There are many other important things to learn from long term raw fooders that I’ll be sharing in future blogs. But if you don’t
want to wait, you can order my books. Also one of my best friends, Dr. Fred Bisci has been eating a raw diet for many years, over 40 and he is 80 years young. Check out his site. Dr. Bisci is the most knowledgeable person I have meet on the subject of health and diet. You can view his site here.
Books I suggest for everyone to read that are inexpensive and simple to understand are any books by Arnold Ehert. The Mucusless Diet Healing System or The Cause and Cure of all Disease books are wonderful, but people don’t know about them. In all his books, he talks about “The Formula for Life”. I use this formula in my personal understanding of health and have written my own book on the same formula call “Paul Nison’s Raw Food Formula for Health.” If you are looking for a book to really figure it all out, then this would be the book I recommend. It is like an updated version of Arnold Ehert’s books. By the way, if you do read Arnold Ehert’s books, keep in mind he talks about fruit being the ideal food. It is not anymore, but when he wrote his books, it most likely was. My “Formula for Health” book talks about why it is no longer good to consume sweet fruit and talks about what the best foods are for our over all health.
1. No diet is best for everyone.

You can view his site here.Books I suggest for everyone to read that are inexpensive and simple to understand are any books by Arnold Ehert.

New Product, you must have in your diet!!!

Hello everyone,
Things have been going great. I want to thank you for subscribing to my blog. This blog will offer you my most updated information and newest products before I post them to my latest e-newsletter. This is a big deal because sometimes we only have a limited stock on hand of new items, and they sell out quickly. I would like to introduce you to a new product I just ordered and I know will sell out.
Lately, I’ve been discussing the dangers of too much sugar and how most fruit is too high in sugar. Many people feel they have become addicted to the sweet taste of high sugar products. I’ve also been telling everyone about the problems that come along with consuming too much sugar. Diabetes and Hypoglycemia are commonly known, but there are a host of other issues created by too much sugar including the most common: adrenal fatigue.
There are many alternative sweeteners on the market today and none of them are a good choice, including agave that is now very popular. Studies show agave has the same effect as corn syrup on the body. What can we do to get that sweet taste and keep it healthy?
In the past, the only products available were Stevia extracts, but they also were not too natural as they were just extracts, but it was a lot better than all the other sugars out there. A big issue with Stevia extracts however is the bitter after-taste.
Now I have found the most pure Stevia with no after-taste. It is not an extract. It is pure, organic green Stevia. I use it everyday, not consuming sweet fruit has been so simple. Here is more information on the Stevia you can now buy on my website www.rawlife.com:Please note since this is a new item and I just ordered it, we will have it in stock next week, all orders will go out as soon as we get it in but don't wait. Order soon because we only were able to get a small supply for now.

Purchase a one pound package pure Stevia leaf —rich in active and beneficial phytochemicals that occur naturally in this plant. This is the natural green leaf ground into a powder, and not the white powder extract as sold by other companies. Over 100 phytochemicals have been discovered in Stevia thus far. It is rich in terpenes and flavonoids.

This plant has been milled into a fine powder, which is suitable to stuff into capsules, add to smoothies, juices, water or to prepare your own teas, tinctures or extracts.
Traditional Uses: as a natural sweetener; for diabetes; for high blood pressure; for cavity prevention; as a weight loss aid
Ingredients: 100% pure Stevia leaves. No binders, fillers or additives are used. This product is non-irradiated and non-fumigated.
Our Stevia plant is patented. This new Stevia is grown "Certified Organic". It is a strain that has a high, yet exceptionally stable,
level of Rebaudioside A and a low level of Stevioside. Stevioside is the sweet factor in the Stevia plant that has the aftertaste. Exacting measures are taken to preserve these levels in each successive plant generation. Properly growing, nourishing, and maintaining a quality plant is critical to the entire process. This is the best of the best. Nowhere in the world can you find a Stevia with the clean sweetness like that of this Stevia from Raw Life Inc.
Rebaudioside A (Reb A) is found in the leaves of the Stevia plant at different concentrations depending on the strain of the plant and its propagation methods. Our Stevia is a little bit sweeter than anything else in the world but the big difference is that it no longer has a "bitter" taste. This is a cleaner sweetness. This is 100% pure Stevia leaf. It is North American grown using no pesticides.
Stevia leaf can by used raw but also may be used in cooking and baking. Two tablespoons of Stevia leaf powder = one cup of sugar in sweetening power.
SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE (SOD) (an anti-cancer factor) - There are three enzymes known to have significant anti-oxidant activity. One of these is Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), which is present in wheat grass and Stevia. It has been found that cancerous cells have a deficiency or a complete lack of SOD. So, if you supplement your diet with wheat grass you will almost certainly be helping your body to avoid, or deal with, cancerous conditions. Anti-oxidants have the ability to mop up free radicals and so reduce or avoid cell mutation. Mutation is part of the first stage of cancer formation. This is an extremely important factor because cancer is the biggest killer after heart disease in the Western world.

Questions about recent newsletter
Hello everyone,
People have been asking me many questions about the Raw Life Healthy e-newsletter I sent last week. I will address some of these answers here now.
Essential Oils
What kind of oils do you use and what brand do you think is the highest quality?
Without a doubt, Young Living Essential Oils is the best and purest company on the market. The only negative thing is you can’t buy them in the store. The best way is to sign up to become a distributor, and then you can receive the same pricing that we receive. See below for the details about how to sign-up.
The problem with most other brands on the market is that essential oils can be distilled or extracted in different ways that have dramatic effects on their chemistry and medicinal action. Also, oils can easily be adulterated, engineered, or “extended” with the use of synthetic chemicals. For example, pure frankincense is often extended with colorless, odorless solvents such as diethylphthalate or dipropylene glycol.
For these reasons, I go with what is proven to work the best, Young Living Essential Oils. If you would like more information about this company or simply to sign up as a distributor to order some for yourself at a cheaper price, you can sign up directly as an Independent Distributor or Customer.
Go to https://www.youngliving.com and click on Sign-up. You can use our ID number 889264 as your Enroller and Sponsor. You can receive the same discounts that we receive, and start saving more money as you get more involved. If you have any questions, please email my wife Andrea at andrea@rawlife.com.
The oils I use everyday:
Peppermint –I take about 3 drops in 1 ounce of water every night
before going to sleep
Ylang Ylang – I rub 1 drop on my chest and neck as I lay under my infrared dome every night.
I dilute the following oils in a vegetable oil like olive, almond or jojoba oil and use them on my skin and hair: Fennel, Lavender, Lemongrass, Rosemary
My wife loves Valor, which is a blend of oils that are known to be “chiropractic in a bottle.” It helps to align your spine, and is great used on your feet. She also uses blends of sandalwood, jasmine and patchouli as a perfume blend.
There are tons of other oils that I use on and off that I will talk
about in future blogs.
Questions and comments about the “No-dinner Diet”
Many people have been attempting to try the “No-dinner Diet.” Some attempted it with great success, and others have had more of a challenge. On top of this, not eating sweet fruit makes it even harder. Don’t despair, it has taken me many years to feel comfortable doing this, you don’t have to avoid all sweet fruit and you don’t have to stop eating at 3 p.m. to feel the benefits of health. Set smaller goals, and work up to it.
To make it easier, I suggest cutting down to 3 meals a day with no snacking, and not eating after 6 p.m. Once you feel comfortable doing that, and for some people it may take months, then try to not eat after 5 p.m., eating only 2 meals a day with one small snack in between. This would be a great start. If you do feel hungry at nighttime, you can make an herbal tea, but do not sweeten it with anything and make sure you drink it at room temperature. A green vegetable juice would be something not too filling, but healthy and filling enough to help you avoid eating. A cup of homemade, strained nut-milk, sweetened with only stevia, may also help curb your appetite. But try not to drink anything after 8pm.
Of course times of eating depend on sleeping patterns. Many people have been asking what I eat each day,
My diet for today:
9:00 a.m.: 3 cups of almond milk with super green food, bee pollen,
hemp protein and chia seeds added.
2:00 p.m.: 1 bowl of salad, consisting of spinach, sprouts, 1 avocado, hemp seeds, flax seeds and hemp oil.
I usually drink a green vegetable juice before my morning nut-milk, but I didn’t have any sunflower sprouts to juice today.
It is not yet 5:30 p.m. I’m full and done eating for the day.
This is what I usually eat everyday. It would be very little for
most people, but I’ve been eating this amount for about 4 months now. Before this, I used to have one more meal in the evening along with another green drink.
Sugar in the Diet
You don’t have to completely give up eating sweet fruits for the time being. However, you should do your best to eat very little when you do eat sweet fruits. There is a big difference between eating 5 grapes and 50 grapes, but most people can’t just eat 5, so it’s better to stay away from it all together. If you are going to eat fruit, stick to the low sugar fruits like, grapefruits, blueberries, and raspberries. Remember cucumber, red pepper and tomatoes are also fruits.
Have a wonderful day.
