Hey Paul!
I loved your latest video!! Any time I see Noa Raquel I am so amazed at how beautiful she is!!! I am also impressed at how big and healthy she looks! You guys are an inspiration!
This week my mother came to visit and I fell off all the good stuff I was doing. I listened to your interview and I really appreciated what you said about how you like to eat alone. Talking about enjoying other people's company without compromising your own health by eating with them is a hard lesson. I will stick to my guns next time. It is too important and now my daughter is counting on me for guidance. Noa Raquel is so lucky to have you guys! I am so lucky I found you guys!! You are a real blessing.
I also remember something you said or wrote about learning to enjoy the pleasure of not eating more than the temporary pleasure of food because of the long term benefits and the health it provides. You are a real inspiration. I am committed to make these changes even if I have temporary struggles. Seeing you doing it really helps. The example you guys give with your discipline and persistence is truly inspiring and motivating. I watch you and listen to you every day. I love everything you have to say. You and Andrea are such great examples. Please keep on going!! When I don't check in with your blog it is so much harder to stay motivated to do this. Thank you so much for all your work. I am only starting to implement a lot of your suggestions, but when I do what you recommend I feel amazing. You are telling the truth. It works, and it is what people need to hear even if it is not always what they want to hear. I appreciate you guys soo much!

P.S. Your interview was amazing! Great info! Can't wait for the book!

What is the Daylight Diet?
I’m blessed to be part of the raw food diet revolution, a health movement that started long before I was born. The raw food diet emphasizes eating all or most food uncooked to preserve enzymes and nutrients in the food. My first book The Raw Life has influenced many people to make the decision to give the raw food diet a try. Almost ten years have passed since I published The Raw Life, and the raw food movement is flourishing. More people are writing books about eating raw foods, people are sharing their stories on the Internet about how the raw food diet has helped them, and restaurants continue to add more raw food options to their menus. Even with the loads of new books about the raw food diet recently written, people often send me messages thanking me for The Raw Life, informing me about how much it influenced them to “go raw.” It is very encouraging to know a book I wrote has helped change so many people’s lives, and I believe helped save a few as well.As excellent as the raw food diet is to one’s health, it’s not all it could be. I’ve seen a big problem developing since becoming involved in the raw food movement, and it continues to worsen as the popularity of the movement grows. There is division, confusion and disagreement about the best path to eating healthy while on a raw food diet. I learned that the split decisions within the health movement are nothing new. Health writers have disagreed about what remedies are truly helpful and which ones are dangerous trends that will hopefully pass. In the beginning, the raw food diet seemed different to me. It appeared so straightforward when I first learned about it. It was hard to foresee that people could have different views about eating so simply. As I continued on my health journey, I accepted that there will be many differences within the raw movement and I had to find what was best.
When I first became involved in teaching the raw food diet, my message was simple: eat raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds; as much as you want, anytime you want. As long as it’s raw, you will be fine. I’ve learned a great deal over the years and now have a very different outlook. I continue to evolve my message as I discover what has been proven to work.
I keep changing, and change is good. Because I have an open mind, I continue to grow and enhance my message. This has led me to discover some key components to healthy eating that many health teachers today are missing. These key components are the basis of The Daylight Diet.
It is common knowledge that the quality of food is vital to our superior health. Eating fruits and vegetables raw, ripe, fresh and organic is ideal in terms of quality. However, an important point often not discussed is that it’s not just the quality of food that matters, but it's also extremely important how we eat and when we eat. It truly bewilders me that even with this unbelievable, simplistic information I teach and reveal, a number of people will still refuse to change their eating habits. You will never achieve the highest level of health eating a raw food diet the way many of the teachers are suggesting. Even more disturbing is that people make idols out of the teachers who teach misleading messages.
I understand gluttony well. For most of my life, prior to my revelation, I too was a glutton. However, unlike the majority, I became wise, obedient and disciplined. I stepped back from feeding that addiction. I remember Fred Bisci revealing to me a long time ago that one of the keys to eating healthy was to eat very little and not focus on the temporary pleasure food brings. I’ll never forget what he said, “When you find as much pleasure in not eating as you do eating, you have overcome the addiction.” I know some people who force themselves to not overindulge and they are not happy. They miss the pleasure of food too much. They would rather live with that pain from overindulgence instead of taking away the temporary pleasure. Once you understand how eating less is better for your health, it makes it more enjoyable to not consume as much.
I have experienced how stepping back makes it much easier to see the full picture. When you are caught in the daily cycle of giving in to addictions, it appears as a matrix. It’s almost impossible to see what’s really happening. I have since discovered that practicing temperance while eating will rid most health issues and rejuvenate your whole body. Your goal should be to reduce the amount of meals you consume and reduce the amount of food in those meals, while making sure you are consuming the highest quality food. But the key to success is you must enjoy eating less! It shouldn’t be a daily struggle. I can attest that it may not be easy at first, but you must change your thinking along with your diet if you want to be successful.
Without changing any food in your diet, stop eating later in the day! You will get better sleep, have better digestion, slow down the aging process, have more energy and feel wonderful. Stop eating at nighttime and experience for yourself the great results.

Raw Baby Question for My Wife Andrea
Someone sent a question to my blog about feeding infants raw food. My wife Andrea answered below.
Question:
I have been eating raw for the past two months. I would like to find the best way to introduce raw foods to my 7 month old daughter. She already gets bananas, mangoes, apples, and pears. Because I am concerned about her getting enough nutrition we still keep feeding her formula. Do you know what would be the best way to feed raw food to toddlers? I suppose you already researched that subject since you have a child. Do you know any good books?
Answer by Raw Mommy Andrea:
We are not familiar with formula, but we do know that the next best thing for a baby besides breast milk is raw goats' milk. This milk is easier to digest than formula and cow's milk, and contains many important nutrients. I know that formula can be hard to digest and is usually cow-milk or soy-based, which is not recommended.
We do not plan to raise our daughter 100% raw. We will give her mostly raw foods, but we do not believe it is necessary to raise her 100% raw. Though for the first 2 years, she will probably eat mostly raw.
We plan to breast feed for at least 1 1/2 years, and will probably introduce her to raw fruits and vegetables toward the end of her 1st year. We will probably feed her similar fruits that you are feeding your daughter along with avocados, mashed berries and lots of other delicious fruits. You can also blend salad greens like spinach and other dark greens with cucumbers, avocados, hemp seeds, or any other vegetable you might put in a salad. You can also juice greens and add apples to sweeten to introduce more vegetables. Blending fruits and vegetables is an easy way to feed young children because it allows for easier digestion.
I am not familiar with any books at this point, but know of a few that will be available soon. If anyone has any recommendations, please let us know.
We highly recommend a vegan DHA supplement
for pregnant mothers, breast feeding moms, and young children. Omega-3s are largely absent in the modern diet, and especially amongst vegans. DHA (Decosahexaenoic Acid) is the major long-chain omega-3 fatty acid found in the brain. Concentrated in regions that require a high degree of electrical activity, DHA is important for signal transmission in the brain, eye and nervous systems.DHA is a critical building block of young brain cells. DHA is the most abundant omega-3 long chain fatty acid in breast milk and studies show that breast-fed babies have IQ advantages over babies fed formula without DHA. DHA is essential for pregnant women and also lactating mothers. European pre-term infant formulas now contain DHA, while U.S. formulas do not. Low levels of DHA have been linked with insufficient brain and vision development in infants, hyperactivity, attention deficit disorders (ADD), depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders and the worsening of schizophrenia.
Normally DHA is found only in fish and fish oils, along with some eggs and other animal products, and we have been searching for a reliable vegan alternative. Typically, the most common vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids is flax seed oil or hempseed oil. These short-chain, seed-based, omega-3 fatty acids are the precursor to the long-chain omega-3 DHA. However, flax seed oil is an imperfect solution because it is converted into DHA at varying rates in different people. Therefore, some vegetarians, vegans, and/or raw-foodists do not produce enough long-chain omega-3 DHA to meet brain requirements.
O-Mega-Zen3 DHA is derived from natural marine sources (marine microalgae) and is combined with vitamin E for stability. It is encapsulated in vegicaps and is a completely vegan product. DHA is endorsed by Dr. Gabriel Cousens, who has written about DHA in the new edition of his book Conscious Eating. The properties of DHA are also discussed in Udo Erasmus' book Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill.
We also suggest E3 Brain On,

for pregnant mothers, breast feeding moms, and young children. It is known to increase focus and clarity while lifting and brightening mood. In addition, it lowers stress and enhances overall well-being.
These are just a few suggestions. We think it's important not to overdo the fruit because it can cause tooth decay. So be sure to brush her teeth when they start coming in after she eats sweet fruits.
We hope to have a blog updated soon with more information about how we are raising our daughter, so please keep in touch and we can let you know.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.

The Father of Juicing speaks about Juicers and The Daylight Diet

So I've been in touch with The Father of Juicing Jay Kordich. The more we speak the more of a wonderful man I am realizing he is. He is trying to make a comeback with a new website, book and other products. I highly suggest everyone check out his site and great information. You can view on his website by clicking here.
He has given me an excellent endorsement for my new book "The Day Light Diet" and agrees fully about the harm of eating late at night.
"Paul Nison's book, The Daylight Diet tells about the nightmares of eating late at night. This goes right along with the message I have been teaching all my life. Our digestion has its highest absorption and enzymes when the sun is at the highest point in the sky, We should wake at dawn and sleep after sunset. I can truly say even at my age of 86 years, that I have benefited from Paul's insights and especially this important message in his latest book. -Jay Kordich "The Father of Juicing www.Juicedaddy.com"
Someone asked Jay about the Norwalk Juicer and he gave wonderful information about all the popular juicers on the market today. I don't fully agree with Jay about the GreenStar Juicer, I think it is the best juicer out, but who can argue with The Father of Juicing about Juicers. The information Jay shares here about juicing is wonderful. Thank you so much Jay for all you do! You have changed my life and so many others.
Answer from Jay Kordich
I will give you my honest opinion, as I try to always think I am always honest!
When I first ventured into juicing in 1948, Dr. Max Gerson healed me of bladder cancer through juicing ~ in his own hands, personally. I spent two years after that selling the Norwalk Juicer, going door to door, trying not just to make a living, but trying to help others, because I was miraculously better. Since then, many types of juicers have come out; the Acme in particular which was dominant in America from the late 50's and then there was the Champion which sold equally as many during the 50's through the 90's until I brought in a juicer from Switzerland that was really good...a new concept called the pulp ejector. That's when, at the same time, the infomercial was birthed.
Back in the 1950's, when i was selling juicers and putting on health seminars, people thought I was a quack, a nuto case, a weirdo...and in fact, once I was thrown in jail in Iowa at a home show once for talking about white sugar and how it causes heart disease. The local farmers all showed up at their local police station and brought the police down to to arrest me. Needless to say, that was not the end of my wild ways, it only made me more determined to continue what i believed to be my rights to speak my mind and what was true to my heart. During those times in the 50's through the 80's, five thousand juicers were sold nationally in America, so very very few people knew about the power of juicing.
Ironically, when I met my wife in 1980, (Linda), her mother had been into juicing for many years before that, so Linda had been involved in juicing since she was a child, and that's actually how we met, through her mother who met met me at a health seminar teaching...guess what? Juicing of course! Not many people know I have been exclusively teaching juicing all of my life since the age of 25. I didn't just miraculously show up on television all over America, randomly thinking that juicing was a cool idea, because I had been teaching juicing since 1948, day after day, year after year, decade after decade! (you can find much more about this story in my program, Live Foods/Live Bodies on our website juicedaddy.com.)
To answer your question, I'm not convinced that centrifugal juicers destroy enzymes through high heat, because never in my life have I made juice from a centrifugal juicer that heats up the juice, or the parts of the juicer at all. However, what it can do is distort the natural balance of the of the enzymes through sheer speed, and through that speed, it can lose vitamins, enzymes and minerals. A pulp ejector does not spin the juice as much as a true centrifugal juicer does such as the Omega/Acme juicers do. The pulp stays in the basket, but with the ejector, the pulp shoots out the back within 1/2 of a turn.
I realized this was possible by looking at some tests that have been done through seeing the way press juicers retain better calcium levels, mineral levels and some vitamin levels than juicing through a centrifugal juicer.
But there is a side I had to choose. Do I sell a juicer that is very expensive ($2,500.00) to a few and burden them financially or do I reach millions of people with the juicing message and sell a juicer that is strong and reliable but through the pulp ejector, whereby some nutrients will be lost, but millions of minds will become enlightened, paving the way for future generations to have a head start on true vital and illumined health?
Imagine, before I was juicing on television back in 1989 in a big way, (even though I had been on tv since 1960) it wasn't until 1989 that the infomercial came out and I was able to reach millions with the beauty of juicing, where would we all be? Juice bars started sprouting up all over in the mid nineties due to the welcoming of this juicing message, and millions of people started to begin to understand the mystery and magnificence of the concepts of living foods and juices. And so the magnificence continues with the new unfoldment of the rawfood movement.
So, yes, in a pure way, pressing is the best way to make juice, and I am personally not fond of juicers such as green star and that type of method because to me, it's very cumbersome and the juice is not as it should be. Foamy, slow and difficult for me personally to get into, so we prefer the Press to any of the other triturators. The Champion would be probably better than any of the other triturators on the market today, only because we have had one for many years to make banana ice cream, which we love!
Since the year 2000 I have not sold any juicers, and don't plan to until I find one that I can be fully behind. If I could, I would find a way to give away a juicer, so at least everybody on this planet could juice and become alive and vital and well like I did.
All the best of health to everyone,
Jay Kordich
Are you ready for "The Daylight Diet?"

I’m excited to announce I have completed the final draft of my new book "The Daylight Diet." The book is now at the editors and is on schedule for it to come out this summer.
Soon, I will be releasing The Daylight Diet Program to get everyone in full gear about the way to superior health and digestion. For now,
How I can use your help.
If you have been following my emails and stopped eating at nighttime, I want to know how it has worked for you.
I’m looking for a few positive testimonials to add to my book. Also, if you have not tried it yet, you can start now. There is still time to get your testimonial in the book. Simply stop eating when it is dark out side, or by 5 p.m. everyday. Which ever comes first. Let me know how you feel and what experiences you have changed. Right away, you will notice better sleep, loss of weight and more energy, and there are so many other benefits. Whatever positive experiences you have experienced, please let me know. Also include how long you have been eating a "Daylight Diet" and how long you plan to continue. As for me, with all the research and stories I have witnessed while writing this book, along with my own marvelous experience, I do not believe I will ever go back to eating late at night. I feel too wonderful!

Babies on a Daylight Diet?
I received so much feedback recently from my post about my wife going back to work and how she was planning to pump her breastmilk so I can feed our baby with a bottle when my she isn’t home. People were telling me how unnatural that is and they didn’t agree that was best. Of course there are times it may be the only choice, and if you are in that situation, then that’s the only choice. But that is not our only choice and that’s what upset some people.
Andrea and I are new parents and we much appreciate all the information. Especially from parents who raised their children naturally. The information was so helpful and we were praying about what we should do and how we should do it, but It seems every situation takes care of itself.
Andrea was supposed to go back to work last Sunday for one day a week, but Noa was rejecting the bottle, so I asked Andrea not to go back to work right now. Andrea called our wonderful midwife and asked her what we should do. The midwife said if Noa is not taking milk from the bottle then don’t feed her from a bottle! She also told Andrea how important this bonding time is during the baby’s growing stages and that if Andrea didn’t need to, she shouldn’t go back work. At least not right now. It’s too soon. Andrea felt so much better after the Midwife told her that. So not only is Andrea staying home for now, but she is breastfeeding and I am getting a full nights sleep ☺ as I told you in a previous blog. Noa is also happy.
I want to let everyone read an email I got this morning that interested me so much and I am going to look more into it. I have been worried about putting Noa on a Daylight Diet, but this comment I received below shows an author who did it with her kids and had great success. I’m going to show it to Andrea and look more into it but it was a very encouraging comment.
Paul~
Nature's Children by Julliett Barcleii Levy, who raised her children in the Middle East and Brittain, did not breast feed her two children at night. She gave them lemon/honey water and herb teas from a spoon at night after 10:00. She breast fed them at 6AM and all day on demand but not all night long. She promoted herbal medicine in her book and natural lifestyle. I have not seen the book since the 70's. It was a wonderful guide for me back then.
My daughter, went to bed at 7:00 and slept through the night until 5:30 or 6 am. Julliett Levy really discouraged eating and feedi! ng at night.
Today the breast pump has truly changed the dynamics of breastfeeding. I don't mean to cause any disturbance in you and your wife's plans. I hope you can find a copy of this book...it is filled with wisdom.
I was thrilled to see the picture of your wife and the baby. I hope you will walk the baby and let your wife rest now and then, since baby's really don't need to eat at night. The baby will prosper in your arms.

Scientists Finding Out What Losing Sleep Does to a Body

I've been telling people for years the importance of getting enough sleep. My new book "The Daylight Diet" shows how eating at nighttime causes a lack of sleep and loss of health. More and more studies are coming out to prove this to be true. Here is a great article I just found on the topic of getting enough sleep and your health. In my new book, I give many examples and tips on how to get the most efficient sleep possible for everyone. The book is coming along well but in the mean time, enjoy this article:
This article is by Rob Stein of the Washington Post Staff Writer
Sunday, October 9, 2005; Page A01
With a good night's rest increasingly losing out to the Internet, e-mail, late-night cable and other distractions of modern life, a growing body of scientific evidence suggests that too little or erratic sleep may be taking an unappreciated toll on Americans' health.
Beyond leaving people bleary-eyed, clutching a Starbucks cup and dozing off at afternoon meetings, failing to get enough sleep or sleeping at odd hours heightens the risk for a variety of major illnesses, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes and obesity, recent studies indicate.
"We're shifting to a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week society, and as a result we're increasingly not sleeping like we used to," said Najib T. Ayas of the University of British Columbia. "We're really only now starting to understand how that is affecting health, and it appears to be significant."
A large, new study, for example, provides the latest in a flurry of evidence suggesting that the nation's obesity epidemic is being driven, at least in part, by a corresponding decrease in the average number of hours that Americans are sleeping, possibly by disrupting hormones that regulate appetite. The analysis of a nationally representative sample of nearly 10,000 adults found that those between the ages of 32 and 49 who sleep less than seven hours a night are significantly more likely to be obese.
The study follows a series of others that have found similar associations with other illnesses, including several reports from the Harvard-run Nurses' Health Study that has linked insufficient or irregular sleep to increased risk for colon cancer, breast cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Other research groups scattered around the country have subsequently found clues that might explain the associations, indications that sleep disruption affects crucial hormones and proteins that play roles in these diseases.
"There has been an avalanche of studies in this area. It's moving very rapidly," said Emmanuel Mignot of Stanford University, who wrote an editorial accompanying the new obesity study in the October issue of the journal Sleep. "People are starting to believe that there is an important relationship between short sleep and all sorts of health problems."
Not everyone agrees, with some experts arguing that any link between sleep patterns and health problems appears weak at best and could easily be explained by other factors.
"There are Chicken Little people running around saying that the sky is falling because people are not sleeping enough," said Daniel F. Kripke of the University of California at San Diego. "But everyone knows that people are getting healthier. Life expectancy has been increasing, and people are healthier today than they were generations ago."
Other researchers acknowledge that much more research is needed to prove that the apparent associations are real, and to fully understand how sleep disturbances may affect health. But they argue that the case is rapidly getting stronger that sleep is an important factor in many of the biggest killers.
"We have in our society this idea that you can just get by without sleep or manipulate when you sleep without any consequences," said Lawrence Epstein, president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. "What we're finding is that's just not true."
While many aspects of sleep remain a mystery -- including exactly why we sleep -- the picture that appears to be emerging is that not sleeping enough or being awake in the wee hours runs counter to the body's internal clock, throwing a host of basic bodily functions out of sync.
"Lack of sleep disrupts every physiologic function in the body," said Eve Van Cauter of the University of Chicago. "We have nothing in our biology that allows us to adapt to this behavior."
The amount of necessary sleep varies from person to person, with some breezing through their days on just a few hours' slumber and others barely functioning without a full 10 hours, experts say. But most people apparently need between about seven and nine hours, with studies indicating that an increased risk for disease starts to kick in when people get less than six or seven, experts say.
Scientists have long known that sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy and chronic insomnia, can lead to serious health problems, and that difficulty sleeping may be a red flag for a serious illness. But the first clues that otherwise healthy people who do not get enough sleep or who shift their sleep schedules because of work, family or lifestyle may be endangering their health emerged from large epidemiological studies that found people who slept the least appeared to be significantly more likely to die.
"The strongest evidence out there right now is for the risk of overall mortality, but we also see the association for a number of specific causes," said Sanjay R. Patel of Harvard Medical School, who led one of the studies, involving more than 82,000 nurses, that found an increased risk of death among those who slept less than six hours a night. "Now we're starting to get insights into what's happening in the body when you don't get enough sleep."
Physiologic studies suggest that a sleep deficit may put the body into a state of high alert, increasing the production of stress hormones and driving up blood pressure, a major risk factor for heart attacks and strokes. Moreover, people who are sleep-deprived have elevated levels of substances in the blood that indicate a heightened state of inflammation in the body, which has also recently emerged as a major risk factor for heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes.
"Based on our findings, we believe that if you lose sleep that your body needs, then you produce these inflammatory markers that on a chronic basis can create low-grade inflammation and predispose you to cardiovascular events and a shorter life span," said Alexandros N. Vgontzas of Pennsylvania State University, who recently presented data at a scientific meeting indicating that naps can help counter harmful effects of sleep loss.
Other studies have found that sleep influences the functioning of the lining inside blood vessels, which could explain why people are most prone to heart attacks and strokes during early morning hours.
"We've really only scratched the surface when it comes to understanding what's going on regarding sleep and heart disease," said Virend Somers of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. "I suspect as we understand more about this relationship, we'll realize how important it really is."
After several studies found that people who work at night appear unusually prone to breast and colon cancer, researchers investigating the possible explanation for this association found exposure to light at night reduces levels of the hormone melatonin. Melatonin is believed to protect against cancer by affecting levels of other hormones, such as estrogen.
"Melatonin can prevent tumor cells from growing -- it's cancer-protective," said Eva S. Schernhammer of Harvard Medical School, who has conducted a series of studies on volunteers in sleep laboratories. "The theory is, if you are exposed to light at night, on average you will produce less melatonin, increasing your cancer risk."
Other researchers are exploring a possible link to other malignancies, including prostate cancer.
"There's absolutely no reason it should be limited to breast cancer, and it wouldn't necessarily be restricted to people who work night shifts. People with disrupted sleep or people who are up late at night or get up frequently in the night could potentially have the same sort of effect," said Scott Davis of the University of Washington.
The newest study on obesity, from Columbia University, is just the latest to find that adults who sleep the least appear to be the most likely to gain weight and to become obese.
Other researchers have found that even mild sleep deprivation quickly disrupts normal levels of the recently discovered hormones ghrelin and leptin, which regulate appetite. That fits with the theory that humans may be genetically wired to be awake at night only when they need to be searching for food or fending off danger -- circumstances when they would need to eat to have enough energy.
"The modern equivalence to that situation today may unfortunately be often just a few steps to the refrigerator next door," Mignot wrote in his editorial.
In addition, studies show sleep-deprived people tend to develop problems regulating their blood sugar, which may put them at increased risk for diabetes.
"The research in this area is really just in its infancy," Van Cauter said. "This is really just the tip of the iceberg that has just begun to emerge."

You'll never guess who emailed me today. The Juice Man Jay Kordich. I've been watching The Juiceman on TV for years in fact my first juicer was a Juice Man Juicer. At first I didn't believe it was him but got another email reply to confirm it. Wow. Here was his note,
"Hi Paul! Nice to meet you....just wanted to come by and say thanks for the great read. We have your book and it's good to see you are on the JUICE TRACK!" Jay Kordich
I emailed Jay and told him about my new book The Day Light Diet. I asked him if he eats late at night. I await his reply.
Also Dr. Fred Bisci is here one more day. Yesterday we went coconut hunting and must have picked about 60 coconuts. Pictures and video's coming soon. I was blessed to get Fred to talk on video about many issues concerning the raw food diet. I'll be posting them once he leaves and things here get back in order.

Praise My Wife Andrea!
I've been working harder than ever, keeping up with my weekly e-newsletter about health according to the Bible and other information to help everyone with their health. I want to thank everyone for your prayers for my new baby Noa Raquel. She is doing great, 6 weeks now and 10 1/2 pounds. My wife Andrea has been good to me, also letting me sleep in another room so I can get up early to get my work done. There is a great book called "The Five Love Languages" that speaks about how to express heartfelt commitment to your mate. Andrea has found my love languages. She understands how much I desire to stay on Yahweh's designed schedule, and by letting me sleep in another room so Noa doesn't wake me up at night has been a great gift. I ask everyone to pray for Andrea who is the one getting up all night to feed Noa. Pray she gets rest and sleep. I'm sure once my wife starts pumping milk into bottles, I'll get some night shifts, but for now I've been sleeping better than ever. The time Andrea has had off from work has been such a pleasure. She has one more month before she is going to go back to work. She feels blessed she has a choice.
I have another big announcement. I already have a book out called "Health According To The Scriptures." I was working on a new book called "Eating According to The Scriptures." I was praying about it, and the idea came that I will combine the two books and in the future have a much bigger version to "Health According to the Scriptures." The book is coming a long great. I'm so excited about it.
We are going on the road in June. We will be in Kansas City, Oklahoma, Texas and maybe Georgia. My other new book I've been writing "The Daylight Diet" is almost finished. You can see how I've been busy!
